  4. 4. Dictionary A dictionary provides information about words.  spelling  pronunciation  word meaning  part of speech (noun, verb, adjective, etc.)Entry words are in alphabetical order.Guide words are the words at the top ofevery page. They tell you the first andlast word on that page.
