Dale began to go into full market research, opening his first location in November of 1999. It was the perfect time to launch the business because it could survive through the Christmas and cold weather season. It would be a great success! Partnership Agreement <ul><li>Emilly’s Responsibilities: </li></ul><ul><li>Emilly owns 40% of the company, therefore she is not as involved with the financial aspects within the business, and have different responsibilities which include: </li></ul><ul><li>Creating schedule for employees of the store. </li></ul><ul><li>Making sure that our product is successful and taking care of customers </li></ul><ul><li>Ordering more supplies when needed. </li></ul>

Employee Info. <ul><li>Our average number of employees is 15. </li></ul><ul><li>Our hours of operation are 9am to 9pm. </li></ul><ul><li>We are closed on all holidays with the exception of Canada Day and New Brunswick Day. </li></ul><ul><li>The average salary range of our employee base is 25 cents above minimum wage when starting and raises are based on employee success and time spent within the business. </li></ul>

We like to hire more mature students who are already in college or university. </li></ul><ul><li>We are subject to high employee turnover because we have many part-time staff who are dedicated to their schooling and may not be able to fulfill all of their responsibilities to our company. </li></ul>
