Jamestown Surveyor: Savannah Belle Young Native American Liason: Ellie Grace Hamstra Building Supervisor: Elizabeth Graves Labor Chief: Jack McBride Activity Director: Garret Gambill Farm Supervisor: Jimmy German
The Jamestown settlers built a fort.
No this was not a good choice because the fort would be to small for all of the other people.
I would have chosen a town because it is bigger and more people could live there. At least more than a fort or small castle.
The men went fishing and mining for gold.
No, I think this was a bad decision to go mining for gold because they could be hunting for food.
I would probably go with fishing because the river would be a good water source and the river had fish which would be food.
Only indentured servants and laymen worked.
I don’t think this was a good choice because it wasn’t fair.
I would choose everyone can work because that wouldn’t be fair for the servants and laymen doing their work if everyone work the work can go faster .
Native American Liason
The Jamestown settlers offered to trade with the Native Americans.
This was a good choice because the Native Americans had things that the Jamestown settlers needed and the settlers had things that the Native Americans needed.
I would do the same as they did for the same reason.
The Jamestown settlers picked the bay marsh to start their colony.
I do not think that this was a good idea because it would be very wet and moist all the time.
I would choose the bay island because it would be protected inside the bay and you can fish, hunt, and gold mine just like the marsh the Jamestown people picked.

The Farm supervisor gets control over all the farm staff
How we can survive
We should all work together and the work will go faster.
We should try making friends with the Indians and trade with them.
We should plant more crops so the food will be more plentiful.
