    • J a m e s t o w n Surveyor: Harley Hamlet Native American Liason: Amanda Cook Building Supervisor: Katherine Glenn Labor Chief: Gracie Tucker Activity Director: Anna Stewart Farm Supervisor: Gracie Tucker
    • Building Supervisor They chose a fort this wasn’t a good choice because they couldn’t shoot fire from it I would choose a town because it is larger
    • Activity Director
      • What types of activities did the Jamestown settlers who worked spend most of their time doing?
      • The settlers Fished and Mined for Gold.
      • Was this a good choice?
      • No, this was not a good choice.
      • Which one would you choice and why?
      • Fishing is fine ,but I would also pick hunting instead of mining for gold because you could get a lot of money by selling fur, so why worry about mining for gold when you can hunt for food ,clothing, and money
    • Labor Chief
      • In Jamestown only indentured servants and laymen worked.
      • No! I do not do not approve of this method, I think everyone should work even if you are a gentlemen.
      • The only difference between servants and gentlemen is that gentlemen have money , and servants do not.
    • Native American Liaison
      • Offer to trade with them .
      • No it wasn’t a good choice.
      • I would ignore them so they would never have had anything to do with us .
    • Surveyor
      • Where did Jamestown settlers land.
      • Settlers landed in Bay Marsh-This site lies hidden up a river in marshy wetlands.
      • Was this a good choice.
      • No- It should have been Bay Island. This Island has hunting food and sits protected inside a bay.
      • Which would you choose?
      • I would choose Bay Marsh because it is hidden up in a river and it has a good fishing place, hunting place, and gold mining.
    • Farm Supervisor
      • Two of the things farmers grew were corn and tobacco.
      • Though tobacco causes cancer, it made a great deal of money.
      • We should plant more food crops.
    • How we can survive?
      • We can build a shelter behind the wetlands.
      • We can make a net to catch fish.
      • We can drink water out the well.
      • We can make weapons and kill animals for food.
