Relative Value Units (RVUs)
Developed by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services to compare the “value” of medical services
An RVU value is assigned to all medical services
Most physicians are paid on the basis of RVUs!

So that is why we made this app!

How do I use iRVU?
Click the iRVU icon on your app launcher
The launcher may look different on some Android phones, but the iRVU icon will be the same

Select the service provided…
Select the service you provided from the list
Scroll down on your phone to see the full list
e-MedTools.com

Enter the number of services provided…
Enter the number of times you provided that service
Use the on screen keypad or keyboard to enter data

Review your statistics…
Total Encounters
Total RVUs
RVUs/Encounter
Total Charges
Charges/Encounter

That is all you need to do!

Select the type of service
Enter the number of services provided
Review your stats
e-MedTools.com

What can I do with this info?
Track your RVUs so you can estimate how much your RVU based pay should be.
For Example
You get paid $50 per RVU per month
In October, you generated 400 RVUs
Your RVU based pay should be
$50 x 400 = $20,000
Of course, you will need to know how your RVU based pay is calculated to estimate this!
