As the web’s most visited site, Americans spend more time on Facebook than any other US website.
The average FB user spends 20 minutes on their account during each visit, logging on 3-4 times a week.
Despite the hype, a majority of small businesses haven’t used Social Media including Facebook. This is changing as the benefits become clearer and results more obvious.
Develop a tone and theme. Be authentic. Know it will take time… Remember to be approachable. They will share their opinions. Be ready to give helpful and informative feedback.
