    4. 4. <ul><li>Replay Video Capture allows you to record anything you seen on a PC screen with high quality. </li></ul>
    5. 6. <ul><li>Recording requires two steps: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Mark a region on your screen to record from. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Start the recording. </li></ul></ul>
    6. 7. <ul><li>The easiest way to mark a region is to use the Get Window function. Here's how to do a recording this way: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Click Get Window. </li></ul></ul>
    7. 8. <ul><ul><li>Move the mouse over the window you'd like to record from. As you move the mouse, the recording window will be highlighted. </li></ul></ul>
    8. 9. <ul><ul><li>Once your window is highlighted, click the mouse, and the region is set. </li></ul></ul>
    9. 10. <ul><ul><li>Click Record to start recording. Replay Video Capture changes to look something like this: </li></ul></ul>
    10. 11. <ul><ul><li>Play the video, or whatever you want to record in that region. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Click Stop to end recording. </li></ul></ul>
    11. 12. <ul><ul><li>You can also manually move the markers to the top-left and lower-right corners of the recording area. Click Show Markers , and then drag them to the corners of your recording region. </li></ul></ul>
    12. 13. <ul><ul><li>Finally, click Settings to experiment with different audio and video recording options. </li></ul></ul>
    13. 22. <ul><li>Expression Encoder is a Windows-based program for encoding digital and video media. </li></ul>
    14. 24. <ul><li>Import RVC .wmv into Expression Encoder </li></ul><ul><li>Add markers to timeline </li></ul><ul><li>Remove clip (delete slide) </li></ul><ul><li>Re-encode for final .wmv (Exp Enc only re-encodes modified content) </li></ul>
