Video Carousel <ul><li>The Administrator can configure up to 12 to 20 Videos to be displayed in video carousal </li></ul><ul><li>Clicking on any image that is rotating in the carousel will play the corresponding video, or Videos displayed in the carousal will be played one after one automatically. </li></ul><ul><li>To Play / pause the video, click on the media element once. </li></ul>

It shows more information about publisher and his videos. </li></ul><ul><li>The No. of publishers to be displayed is configurable. Administrator user has privileges to change the value. </li></ul>

New Videos <ul><li>This widget will show recently uploaded 6 public videos. </li></ul><ul><li>Both registered and Non registered can click on video, which will navigate to video page and shows more details about the publisher and his related videos. </li></ul><ul><li>The Number of videos displayed on the home page is configurable by the site Administrator. </li></ul>
  15. 15. Featured Podcasts <ul><li>This widget will show featured (More No. of clicks) public 6 pod casts. Both registered and Non registered can click on video, which will navigate to video page and shows more details about the publisher and his related videos. The No. of pod casts to be displayed is configurable. Administrator user has privileges to change the value. </li></ul>

My Subscribers <ul><li>The My Subscriber widget is available to all Publishers </li></ul><ul><li>The widget shows list of subscribers of the currently logged in Publisher. </li></ul><ul><li>When the user clicks on the “more” link, it will be navigated to My Subscribers management page. </li></ul>

  24. 24. My Publishers <ul><li>The My Publishers Widget is applicable to subscribers, and shows the list of Publishers to whom the currently logged in Subscriber is subscribed to. </li></ul><ul><li>When you click on “more” link, it will be navigated to My Publishers management page. </li></ul>
  25. 25. My Favorites <ul><li>The My Favorites Widget lists the favorite media information for the current user. </li></ul>
  26. 26. <ul><li>360 Degree Media allows user to upload and manage media content. It allows user to showcase their media content using Microsoft Silverlight Streaming. </li></ul>

Show Media <ul><li>This screen lists all the uploaded Media in Published Date order. </li></ul><ul><li>Using Rate, user can rate the media. </li></ul><ul><li>By clicking, Add Favorite link, user can make the corresponding Media as a Favorite. </li></ul><ul><li>User can comment on Media, by posting a comment. </li></ul><ul><li>User can find to Related Media of the Publisher who published the Media. </li></ul><ul><li>From Popular Tags, User can navigate to Search Tags, where he/she can find Media that comes under corresponding Tag. </li></ul>
  29. 29. Manage Media <ul><li>Manage Media tab helps the user in managing Media content. User can upload, edit and delete the Media. </li></ul>

Upload Video <ul><li>Media will be displayed in the descending order of their Published Date. </li></ul><ul><li>Using “Edit Video Info”, user can edit the media content. </li></ul><ul><li>By checking checkboxes and Delete Videos Button, user can delete Media content. </li></ul><ul><li>Alphabetical sorting works on the basis of Media Title. </li></ul><ul><li>Using “Upload Video” button, below screen will appear. Using below fields, user will be able to upload Media. </li></ul><ul><li>Currently, size of the Media is restricted to 20MB. It will be increased to 50 MB. </li></ul>

  32. 32. Meetings <ul><li>Publishers and Administrators can create and schedule meetings. Site level configuration is provided for the Administrator to choose to use any one three meeting systems, (1) Microsoft Live Meeting, (2) DimDim Meetings, and (3) 360° Summit. </li></ul>

My Meetings <ul><li>This screen lists all the scheduled meetings in start date order. </li></ul><ul><li>Start button appears if you are the presenter of the meeting. </li></ul><ul><li>Join button appears when you are the attendee of the meeting. </li></ul><ul><li>When you click the Start button, meeting will be started. </li></ul><ul><li>When you click on Join, you can join the meeting. </li></ul><ul><li>Alphabetical filter is used to filter the meetings by publisher name. </li></ul><ul><li>Date filter is used to filter the meetings by Day / Week / Month/ All time. </li></ul><ul><li>By default it shows all upcoming meetings </li></ul>
  37. 37. Schedule a Meeting <ul><li>  This tab is used to create and schedule new meeting. After providing input to all the mandatory fields, click on “Create Meeting” will create a new meeting at a given schedule time. Cancel button cancels the creation of new meeting. Continue button will take you to advanced options of MS Live meeting. This button will not visible for DIMDIM configuration. </li></ul>
  38. 38. Default Meeting Template <ul><li>The following screen shows the advanced meeting options. “Save As Default” will save the currently selected options as default. Next time when you are creating a new meeting, all the default values will set to these options. Previous button will take you to previous screen. </li></ul>
  39. 39. Getting Started <ul><li>This screen helps installing prerequisites of the meetings. This will provide a detailed description of what configurations will fit to run the Live Meetings. The following shows the screen shot of getting started. </li></ul>
  40. 40. Meeting Details <ul><li>From the My Meetings, when you click on meeting title, it navigates to meeting details screen. This screen shows the details of the meeting. </li></ul>

My Subscribers <ul><li>Publishers will have option of managing his subscribers in this screen. </li></ul><ul><li>Publisher will be provided with options to Approve / Reject / In – Active the subscribers. </li></ul><ul><li>A newly registered subscriber will have default status “new”. </li></ul><ul><li>When a subscriber is approved by the publisher(s), subscriber can share the videos and meetings etc., published by the publisher. </li></ul><ul><li>Alphabetical filtering is provided to filter subscriber based on display name </li></ul>

My publishers <ul><li>Administrator user will have privileges on this screen. </li></ul><ul><li>When a publisher is newly registered, he will be approved / Rejected to be a publisher by Administrator user. </li></ul><ul><li>Administrator user will approve / Reject the newly registered publishers using this screen. </li></ul><ul><li>A drop down is provided to change the status of publisher and click on “update” will update the database record with the selected status. </li></ul><ul><li>When user is registered, he will be having a default status “new”. </li></ul><ul><li>The Administrator user has options ( Approve / Reject / In-Active) to change the status of publishers. </li></ul><ul><li>In-Active publishers will not be visible to any of his subscribers. </li></ul><ul><li>Alphabetical filtering is provided to filter publishers based on display name. </li></ul>
  44. 44.   Active publishers   <ul><li>It shows active publishers of the currently logged in subscriber. </li></ul><ul><li>The subscriber will have option to “Un Subscribe” the publisher. </li></ul><ul><li>Alphabetical filtering is provided to filter publisher based on display name </li></ul>
