  2. 2. Introduction Grooming is very important in hospitality industry, the word “grooming” means “preparing” or “training”. Its an art of self presentation to blend a person to a professional. The subject is included practical skills and knowledge and cover topics such as: hair care and styling, skin care, applying makeup, manicure and pedicure, dressing for success, colour balancing , food for good health and body image and personality development.

  6. 6. Manners :- In hospitality industry we have to deal with differentkind of people from different culture and backgrounds so common manners isimportant like wishing and face expression.Communication skill :- In this profession we always have to make a healthyrelation with the guest we deal with so its important to understand and to answerthem without any confusions.Patience :- Patience have an important role in the hospitalitybecause in this field our duty is to please our guests whatever there character or moodis.Confidence :- Working on a sector like hospitality is aboutmingling with a lot of people from different places and different characters so itsimportant to be confident.Commonsense :- There will be a lot of good and bad situations wehave to handle. In certain situations its important to use our commonsense to treatthe guests.Politeness :- Politeness and respecting others is essential forhospitality. Even sometimes it may help you to solve problems and by being polite wecan maintain a nice atmosphere around us.
