Yes, Notes 8 supports all three of those different technologies. Since Notes 7.0.2 there is support for blogging on Domino based servers, with a blog template put together by Steve Castledine. At the same time Ben Poole has put together a DominoWiki service that can be used as well within Notes 8 and finally Notes 8 comes with an embeed RSS / Atom feed reader that you can access from the sidebar. And that even allows you to import your OPML file.
