Contact Discovery Vendor Process June 24, 2008 Below are the steps to follow with contact discovery vendors. •NA Geo Marketing will provide RM copy of the signed DPA with exhibit A •NA Geo Marketing will identify to RM the database(s) the vendor is using for title keyword matching •NA Geo Marketing will provide RM the vendor's PGP key file (ASC) and RM will upload our encrypted target Enterprise Account list to the CA FTP site •RM will provide the vendor with CA's PGP key (ASC) and the vendor will upload the encrypted contact list to the CA FTP site. •RM will provide the list to Elliott who will coordinate with Glenn Cross to have his Teleprospecting team call into the contacts to confirm they are appropriate and contact information is valid. •If contacts are of good quality, RM / NAOPS will have the information loaded to the CIDB. •Contact records will have the following fields: •Enterprise Account ID •Enterprise Account Name •Site Name •Company Name •First Name •Last Name •Title •Address, City, State/Province, Zip and Country •Corporate Email Address (not free email address) •Phone Number •Date Last Updated •Campaign Code
