  • 1. RECETA DE LA PELLA DE GOFIO 100% CANARIO
  • 2. TIEMPO DE PREPARACION:
    • 15 MINUTOS
    NUMERO DE RACIONES:
    • 4
  • 3. INGREDIENTES:
    • ½ Kilo De Gofio
    • Agua
    • Miel
    • Almendras
  • 4. Elaboración:
    • En un zurrón se pone el gofio. Se le añade un poco de miel, almendras picadas y un poco de agua. Se amasa hasta que quede con la consistencia más o menos dura, según el gusto. Se deja en forma de pelota y se corta en medallones de 1 cm.
    • Y así queda:
