Stop A Snoring Husband - Presentation Transcript

    1. Stop a Snoring Husband I know there are a lot of women out there that want to know how to stop a snoring husband. It’s something that you probably never were taught. I distinctly remember my health class that I took in school and this was not a subject that was discussed. Things like weight loss, eating right and exercising were talked about, but nothing related to sleeping or anything even close. When you really get down to it, that is the underlining problem. We have an entire society that doesn’t know anything about this and that is why it isn’t being solved. I’m going to show you how to stop a snoring husband, so that you can finally get a good night of sleep. The way that you stop this is with a device known as a chin strap. It’s something that has the added benefit of virtually no effort being needed. You just put it on before you go to bed and you can’t snore. I’ll try to make this easy to understand. The throat is a tube, but it has tissue that hangs down in the airway. This tissue will vibrate as you sleep and it gets to the point where you end up with loud noise being produced. That is what you’re hearing. The reason that this tissue creates the sounds when you’re asleep is due to your jaw sagging down on the throat and creating pressure. It should be obvious how to stop a snoring husband with the chin strap. It holds up the jaw and keeps it off the throat. Since it can’t put pressure on this area, you won’t have a problem.
