A Review Of Common Snoring Products - Presentation Transcript

    1. A Review of Common Snoring Products I wanted to give you a review of the common snoring products that are on the market. Despite the fact that there are a lot of available things that you can get for this problem, most people don’t even realize they exist. If you were to take a poll on the street and ask people about these products they wouldn’t know any. You’d be lucky to find someone that could even name one. This is probably the main reason why snoring is such an issue for so many people, because no one knows what they can do about it. Well, I’m going to do a review of the common snoring products, so that you can make an informed decision when it comes to solving this problem. I’m sure you’ve seen the commercials on television for the nasal strips that you put on your nose before you go to bed. They claim that you’re going to breath better and that is going to take away your snoring. This product doesn’t work at all. All it does is attach to your nose and open up your nasal passages. It’s a nice thing to have if you want to breathe better, but it’s not going to help you with snoring. Another one of the snoring products that I want to look at is a mouth guard. This is actually a pretty good one and it is still quite cheap to get. The reason that you snore in the first place is due to the position of your jaw as you sleep. It tends to sag down onto the throat area and creates the whole problem. The mouth guard helps to keep your jaw in a specific position as you sleep and helps to avoid the problem. My only criticism of it is that it can be difficult to swallow and it can be a little tough to get used to. The last product that I want to look at is the jaw supporter. This works just like the mouth guard by helping to control the position of your jaw as you sleep. The only difference is that this is something that you put on your head, rather in your mouth. This is a lot easier to get used to and you won’t have any issues with swallowing. It’s a little more expensive though. Click here to Stop Snoring Forever
