  • 10. Financial and Management Service Responsible for providing the Department with the necessary staff, advice and assistance on management, budget and financial matters including the Special Education fund plantillas of teachers for salary adjustments and budget of school boards.
  • 11. Planning Services Responsible for providing the Department with economical, effective and efficient service relating to planning, programming and project development.
