 set goals for chapter excellence what would we like to accomplish and what do we need to do better? K∆

track progress how do we quantify progress? are we achieving what we need to? K∆

maintain the calendar is the schedule of events and deadlines accurate and easily accessible? K∆

 plan meetings how can we get things done most smoothly and eﬃciently? K∆

 communicate ask for feedback blitz updates regularly incorporate your suggestions K∆
