  • About Department Department of Stamps & Registration Document Registration 3rd largest revenue generating department of Archival and retrieval of records Government of Uttar Pradesh Manage of Stamps and accounting of stamp duties Handles more than 30 lakhs transactions and more than 2 Crore citizens visiting offices every year
  • Key issues for Citizens What is the market valuation of my property? Can I myself prepare my deed? Can't I get all information at one place? What is the right Stamp Duty & Registration fees that I should pay? Can't I check earlier registration details on property? Does middlemen really gets my work done faster? Whether my registry is done or not? I didn’t receive anything? Registration process is so cumbersome and need so much time – Waste of multiple days!
  • Key issues for the Department Cumbersome process of Stamps Storage & Distribution – pilferage, forgery, unavailability of stamp papers of desired denominations for citizens.
