JHARNET Current Status  VC installed from 8 locations of State head quarter to all DHQs  VC in all Jail and Court to present Prisoners in front of Magistrate  3000 IP phones  4600 Data connection to 1550 Govt. offices  Average Bandwidth Utilization: 36.34% between 9 AM to 6 PM Future Plan  Bandwidth between SHQ-DHQ / SDHQ to be up-graded from 4 Mbps to 8 Mbps  IP V6 conversion under progress  Internet bandwidth will be upgraded from 60 Mbps to 100 Mbps

IIIT  PPP Model  The project cost is Rs. 128 Cr.  Funding pattern: GoI, State Govt and Industry Partners is 50:35:15.  Industry partners M/s TCS and M/s Tata Motors  37 acres has been already transfer to the IT Dept  10.46 acres will be transferred to IT Dept very soon  Scheme has been sanctioned by Steering Committee, MHRD, GoI.
  • 25. STPI Mission To promote export of software and to provide employment for youths. Proposed Units Sr No Place Details Consultant prepared the DPR of Rs. 19.95 Cr 1 Aadityapur, Jamshedpur Vtted by Building Department Jinfra will start construction work very soon MOU has been signed & 1 Cr. grant has been given to STPI, GoI. 2 Sindri, Dhanbad Architect appointed -M/s Chadda & Associate DPR of Rs. 16 Cr has been prepared Land identified in Jasidih Industrial Area. Committee has visited and found this land suitable for the STPI. 3 Deoghar Request has been sent to STPI, DeiT, GoI for approval. MOU is approved. Will be signed very soon. 4 Bokaro Land selection - under process
