What is on Offer from Govt. of Bihar  Incubation space is ready in BISCOUMAN       2 Floors Ready – Plug n Play Assistance to Commence Other support services, specific to incubators 1 lac Sq. ft of space ready Additional 1lac + 5 lac sq. ft. space upcoming as announced by our Hon’ble CM yesterday

The way ahead  Govt. initiatives to develop more incubators       Through Public-Private partnerships And Govt. is ready to fill this gap in PPP Government has to think beyond R&D assistance Need/Requirements in today’s context is OK but Government needs to look beyond Incubators can be segmented according to the ideas they incubate. Infrastructure   Taking one step forward Good infrastructure: a hygiene factor to companies
  • 4. Local initiates, global accelerates  Need to promote Entrepreneurship  Academia – Government – Industry link  Govt. to start outsourcing back office and other operations to entrepreneurs  Need of Assistance / Offset from Govt to sustain and scale business opportunities
