    • Small is Beautiful LTech’s Perspective
    • Initiation • Started in 2005 in Gurgaon with single client in US • Moved to Lucknow in September 2006. • Registered with STPI in 2006. • Initial Issues – Difference in mindset – Custom Bonding – Direction for the Company
    • LTech – Next Level • Established as a private limited company. • More Clear about the direction of the company, with clear marketing strategies • Underselling ourselves at many places • Lack of processes • Lack of support in terms of mentorship
    • LTech – Next Level • Experimented with various domains and settled with Financial domain as the main driving force. • Worked mainly on Matching Engines, Brokerage Solutions, trading Algorithms, connectivity with various exchanges. • Resource issues – A big Worry
    • LTech - Product • In 2012, focused on Product and signed a MOU with UK based company for marketing our solutions in UK and US. • Launched commodities Exchange in Nepal in Aug 2012. • Commodities Exchange in Nepal – Everest Commodities Exchange (www.ecxnepal.com) • Another deployment scheduled in Jan 2014 in South Africa as a brokerage solution connected to JSE(Johensburg stock Exchange)
    • LTech – Product - Issues • During this phase, we just concentrated on products and closed most of the services side business. This was an oversight and a wrong decision. • Funds Crunch • Used Incubation centre from STPI • Product – Needs time to evolve and mature • Resources
    • LTech – Complete Developer • Launched Complete Developer LLC ( www.completedeveloper.com) in Nov 2013 in US with a US partner. • Idea is to bridge the gap between the service providers in India and clients in US. • CD will promote and source the project from clients there, do the project management and outsource it to the SME partners in India. • Help SMEs (startups) in India to concentrate on project execution instead of marketing their services. • Provide best practices in Development as well as help in technology to our partners in India
