  3. 3.  Rare acceptance by Stakeholders/Management  More of administrative processes than governance  Lack of clarity : e-governance means ERP  Confused with many variances of ERPs  Non-professional approach : Can develop ERP using own staff  Low priority investment in IT infrastructure  Very low internet bandwidth as well as no internet backup  Non-adaptable to newer technologies like cloud computing, mobility and analytics
