  11. 11. eGovernance Projects inDepartments Finance department has launched innovative programs like Budget Estimation,Allocation & Monitoring System (BEAMS), Sevaarth (Payroll management system),Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (DCPS), Koshwahini etc. Sales Tax dept first state in India to have 100% automated registration, returns filingand audit, Use of BI & Data mining tools for data captured of Sales Tax departmentand departments like Income Tax, Service Tax, Excise etc for plugging of fraud andtax evasion cases. Home dept. is implementing CCTNS and City Surveillance systems in importantcities like Mumbai, Pune, Navi Mumbai etc. Multiple socially relevant projects including UID linked Software for Assessment ofDisability, Maharashtra (SADM) has been successfully launched Scholarships; Health Dept; Agriculture; Emp.
