. I love Christmas. This year my Christmas holidays were great too. I relaxed, went out to the country for a few days and spent some time with the family. My Christmas Holidays
Before Christmas we spent a few days in some traditional and wonderful areas of central Mexico. Our first stop was in Quer e taro. There we visited some old haciendas. In the picture you can see Carlos (my 10 year old son)i. The poinsettias (typical Christmas red flowers in Mexico ) gave this place a special Christmas touch.
Our next stop was in San Luis Potosi. We explored some of its natural beauties. In this picture, you can see Tamul . We rowed for 2 hours to get to the waterfall. Xilitla (on the left) exhibits the surrealistic designs created by Edward James. This man died about 10 years ago but his work can be admired.
We also stopped In Veracruz where we watched the flying dancers from the “Tajin”and visited the archeological zone.
In one of our stops, we admired some XVI century Catholic temples that show the skills of our ancestors. The central icon has two arms, one represents the Franciscan order and the other represents Christ.
We came back in time to share Christmas dinner with family and friends. The trip was my Christmas present. And I loved it! How was your Christmas holiday? Tell me about it. Make a powerpoint , upload it in slideshare and publish it in your blog.
