Subdivision Law in Maryland 2009

Published on

Slide Presentation from the 2009 Lorman Educational Seminar on Subdivision Law in Maryland. The seminar was held in March and presented a day long review of the development process from myself, a public relations expert, a civil engineer and a transportation engineer. The program was reviewed very highly by the attendees, mostly real estate professionals in private industry, and we fielded a significant number of question based on the program we presented. The full written materials area available from Lorman.
