PROJECT LAUNCH ● creative… gained attention, created interest and fostered enthusiasm ● catalyst to engaging learners ● learn while having fun ● demonstrated technology – enabled us to practice what we preach ● dissolved some barriers around access to internet throughout region ● fostered new partnerships ● created an awareness of the project

Maintaining partners enthusiasm… COMMUNICATION, CREATIVITY AND RECOGNISING OPPORTUNITY ● make the most of new and exciting resources… elluminate, protopage, toolboxes, moodle ● create a communication model including regular newsletters and catch up… use and promote the use of and benefits that using e-learning resources bring ● gain feedback and share this with existing and potential partners ● look for similarities in the priorities of partners across networks ● follow your plans and deliverables but remember to look out for and make the most of opportunities along the way ● use the miracle question!

Trouble is only opportunity in work clothes. –Henry J Kaiser Maintaining partners enthusiasm… COMMUNICATION, CREATIVITY AND RECOGNISING OPPORTUNITY ● Mid Murray Leadlight – creating digital stories to show others how to do leadlight, interested in delivering leadlight classes on line via elluminate ● Tailem Bend Community House – running digital storytelling workshops ● Dynamic Project Delivery – almost ready to deliver grant writing workshops via elluminate ● Inspiring Growth – running digital storytelling workshops and creating digital story Christmas presents ● Our Wellbeing Place – have begun training in elluminate in order to facilitate an online health outreach service and are using Where’s the Party At Flexible Learning toolbox to educate clients on mental health issues, sexuality, wellbeing and more
