Community Engagement Project The “wow” factor “The pilots have opened wide participants’ eyes to the learning and economic opportunities available through electronic media - including the community partners and leaders, the teachers and tutors, and the learners- and raised their enthusiasm and confidence to continue with e-learning”:
  4. 4. Community Engagement Project “ The ripples in the pond are spreading, through cascading Train the trainer programs and raised interest among targeted individual learners. Pilot success has aided credibility, given the (local) partnerships a reputation in e- learning within their communities”
