Issues, Challenges, Needs, and Goals Faculty and students are driving instructional technology applications and their use in teaching and learning. Increasingly, campus communication, sharing, and collaboration extends beyond the physical boundaries of the institution. Budget constraints require institutions to look for existing solutions for file sharing, communication, and collaboration capabilities. With multiple campus sites, multiple course delivery formats, and a high population of part time students, there is a need for an easy-to-use, unifying, scalable e-learning and course management system…
