Prototype and Test
Problem Statement: Rafa needs to incorporate and
find ways to put in practise a youth-friendly
philoshophy in the company.
There is a high level of insecurity blocking his
decision on hiring non experienced new graduates.
IDEA: Meeting with company member to check their
opinions, pros and cons the hiring of new graduate
and the youth-friendy philosophy. This way the
company can know what everyone thinks regarding
the topic, as well as bringing up some news,
experiences.

  • 2. Problem Statement: Rafa needs to incorporate and find ways to put in practise a youth-friendly philoshophy in the company. There is a high level of insecurity blocking his decision on hiring non experienced new graduates. IDEA: Meeting with company member to check their opinions, pros and cons the hiring of new graduate and the youth-friendy philosophy. This way the company can know what everyone thinks regarding the topic, as well as bringing up some news, experiences.
