  3. 3. General Fund</li></ul>Note: Property values were reassessed between FY07 and FY08. This accounts for the increase in the capital budget in FY08. The capital budget was based on $0.01 per $100 of assessed value until FY10. The $0.01 did not pass for the FY10 budget, instead the voters passed a $75,000 capital budget.<br />
