Location: Palm Valley (St. Johns County), FL Project Manager: Jim French Discipline: Site Development Description: The Watersedge project consists of a two-story mixed use building with associated parking on a 2.8 acre site. The building will have both restaurant and office space. The project is currently under construction and the Owner is in the process of negotiating sales and leasing for the future tenants. The site is located off Roscoe Road south of Palm Valley Road and east of the Intercoastal Waterway. Work included site related civil engineering planning, design, and permitting. The project converted two existing residential lots on an existing dead end City street into 4 lots with a private cul-de-sac. The project is currently under construction and the Owner is in the process pre-selling lots. The site is located off Richmond Street in historic Avondale and is on the St. Johns River and Big Fishweir Creek. Work included site related civil engineering planning, design, and permitting. The site is located at the north end of Pablo Professional Court off W.M. Davis Parkway west of San Pablo and north of JTB.
