The ARRA Civil Rights guidance has not (yet) been posted on this local government’s website. i wonder how many state and local governments have adhered to that March 4 Department of Justice memorandum, which directs all ARRA recipients to -post the Civil Rights guidance; -ensure that all subrecipients are also provided it; and -disseminate that information to the public. 7 months ago
