He received his first award in 1922. And his friends were Luis Buñuel, Federico García Lorca, Pedro Garfias, Eugenio Montes and Pepín Bello. Federico García Lorca has spent the 1925’s holiday with him in Cadaqués. The first time that he went to París was in 1926 where he met Picasso.
