2. Dubai’s luxurious properties and well-regulated real estate market have turned the city

3. The Palm Tower
In late 2015, Middle East developer Nakheel announced that it
awarded the contract necessary to begin construction of a luxury
landmark tower on Palm Jumeirah Island, the largest man-made
island in the world. The 52-story Palm Tower will feature more than
500 luxury residences, with prices starting at around $460,000.
Designed to be fully-furnished, the units will be available in studio
and one-, two-, and three-bedroom sizes.
Among its many perks, The Palm Tower will offer easy access to the
Nakheel Mall currently under construction on the crown-shaped
Palm Jumeirah. The development will include 300 shops, a fitness
facility, cinemas, a roof terrace, and a medical center. Along with
access to the amenities at Nakheel Mall, The Palm Tower will connect
to Palm Jumeirah’s beach clubs via a bridge and walkable pathways.

4. The St. Regis Dubai - The Palm
In addition to its residences, The Palm Tower will also contain a five-star hotel with
approximately 290 rooms and more than 20 suites, a restaurant, a rooftop infinity pool,
and a viewing deck. The St. Regis Dubai - The Palm will occupy the first 18 floors of the
tower, but the pool and other amenities will be located on the top floors of the
building, offering guests sweeping views of the Dubai skyline and the Arabian Gulf.
Scheduled to open in 2018, the hotel will also give guests direct access to the
surrounding beaches, the 4.4-million-square-foot Nakheel Mall, Al Ittihad Park, and the
Palm Monorail. Guests at The St Regis Dubai - The Palm will be able to enjoy the
celebrated amenities associated with the St. Regis brand, such as the St. Regis Butler
Service.
5. DAMAC Maison Privé
The DAMAC Maison Privé is another luxury Dubai development that is attracting attention from investors.
Intended for tourists, renters, and residents, the hotel apartments are located in the popular Burj area of Dubai
and offer panoramic water views surrounded by pristine landscaping. Guests and owners can choose between
deluxe rooms, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom suites.
By securing a DAMAC Maison Privé unit, owners can experience all the amenities and services of a luxury hotel,
and enjoy rental income by letting the unit while traveling or living elsewhere. The hotel provides a wide range

6. Beachfront Development on Deira Islands
Nakheel and Centara Hotels & Resorts recently announced that
they will create a new beachfront resort and waterpark on Deira
Islands, one of Dubai’s latest tourist destinations. The luxury
resort will include 550 rooms and a wide range of leisure
opportunities, as well as quick access to the nearby Deira Mall
and Deira Islands Night Souk. Between these two properties,
residents can explore nearly 6,500 shops, cafes, and restaurants.
The real estate on Deira Islands is still under development, but
the four islands will eventually house hundreds of hotels and
waterside developments. In addition to the newly announced
resort and waterpark, Nakheel is currently developing a
stunning creek-side destination on the south island.

7. AKOYA Oxygen
Located just 25 minutes from the heart of Dubai, AKOYA Oxygen provides an oasis of greenery and tranquility. The community has
