  • There was also discussion and debate beyond the panels on the delineation between digital marketing and digital service/experience as well as persuasive design. Digital marketing is focused onEXPERIENCE driving awareness and acquisition (selling) whereas digital experience is creating great interactions thatIS BRAND live up to the brand promise (service).
