Multi Site Multi Organization Concept  Site wise concept for multiple sites implementation using a central server  Facility managers being able to view any location data quickly by selecting the location/Site on top  User privileges can be set defining the sites to be viewed and restricted to each every user and in each and every site.

Time and Attendance  The Time and attendance system of eFACiLiTY provides improved efficiency, accuracy and productivity to the resource management and pay-roll process of organizations.  This system has the roster management module inbuilt and integrates with the time & attendance and access control hardware systems to provide attendance, late clocking exceptions, overtime information of employees to the HR, Payroll and their respective departments.

  7. 7. Roster  Assign/un assign shifts to an employee or a group of employees  Acceptance or rejection of Shifts based on the requirement  Change of allocated dates for weekly holiday.  View the applied and changed leaves.

Assign/un Assign Shifts  Assign/un assign Shifts to an employee or a group of employees  Change in shift’s date and time, Accept/Reject shifts  Employees will be allocated shifts against their Employee Codes. Click Staff Name to open Staff Profile When any holiday is clicked, the option “Assign for Holidays” will be set to “Yes”
  9. 9. Admin approval/Rejection  Approval of Shifts by the Users/supervisor  Reallocation or Rejection of Assigned shifts  Shift Approval/rejection for either an individual or a group Form 3 Form 1 Form 2
  10. 10. Holiday Change  Provision to change or cancel pre-defined holidays  Holiday changes are recorded and shifts are assigned accordingly
  11. 11. Leave Application  Provision to apply leaves of different types  Leaves are recorded and shifts are assigned accordingly  Eligible and Carried Forward leaves are displayed based on selected leave type
  12. 12. Leave Application (Comp-Off)  Provision to apply comp-off  Available comp-off leaves are automatically calculated based on staff attendance
  13. 13. Leave Approval/Rejection  Provision for managers to approve/reject leaves  Approval/Rejection remarks can be captured and stored

  25. 25. View My Calendar  View shift details from View My Calendar section  Shift assignments done are highlighted  Shift timings are shown when mouse is moved over  Raised and Cleared exceptions are shown  Provision for staff to apply reason for exceptions

  28. 28. Email Alerts  Mail is triggered to the employees who check in late / check out early.  Subject phrases are maintained in a separate master “Mail Contents”.  When the system triggers a mail to the Employees, it takes and applies the appropriate subject from this master to the mail.
