  3. 4. Power capacity of the Turbine can be calculated using P = ½ · б · A · v³ where: б = density of air [ kg/m³] A = swept area [ m²] (A = π r² where r = radius of the blade [ m²]) v = velocity of wind [ m/sec] P = Power of the turbine
  4. 6. Required Tower Height The required minimum tower height can be calculated using: H [m] = obstacle height [m] + blade length [m] + 10 m
