  • Contract met Support Partij Afdelingen Mis lijntjes en dat het meerdere dingen kan hebben.. Wereldden scheiden.. Support contract is optioneel. (rechterkant) Service wordt een sellingpoint en niet (links) de exclusiveit van de kennis. !! Snelheid is sneller omdat de lijntjes korter zijn en er minder lagen tussen zitten.SLA’ s klinken mooi (lins), maar je neemt support af bij een partij die de kennis zelf niet in huis heeft. Het contract maakt niet dat die kennis ineens wel aanwezig is. Die kennis blijft bij de leverancier (want kennis is macht) De rechterkant is gericht op jouw probleem. Linkerkant: Your problem is not necessarily our problem. Mijn belang is niet het belang van de leverancier. ets met standaarden (open data) ???
