    • 10. Planning – involves analyzing information, setting goals and making decisions about what needs to be done. Intro to Business

    • 13. Implementing – the effort to direct and lead people to accomplish the planned work of the organization. Intro to Business
    • 14. Controlling – determines to what extent the business is accomplishing the goals it set out to accomplish. Intro to Business

    • 16. Top Management Executives – top level managers with responsibility for the direction and success of an entire business. Intro to Business

    • 19. Management Style Is the way a manager or supervisor treats and involves employees in the decision making process. Intro to Business
    • 20. Tactical Management A style in which the manager is more directive and controlling. Manager makes major decisions and stays close to employees as they work to make sure the job is done well. Intro to Business
    • 21. Strategic Management A style in which the manager is less directive and involves employees in the decision making process. Intro to Business
