  5. 5. What is MHQ? It’s your one stop hub for a large selection of marketing tools. Customize professionally produced materials such as Flyers, emails, banners, co-op ads, postcards and social media messages for Facebook and Twitter. Flyers, Banners and Co-op ads can be downloaded as a PDF for FREE. Emails can be customized with dynamic content such as pricing and itinerary maps. Upload your own email list and blast your database or sent one copy to yourself and forward from your preferred email provider. Houses useful information and premade material such as guides, images, videos, group flyers, dining flyers and a list to all our current promotions.
  6. 6. BETTER 1. Group Rate Integrity : If the group rates are lowered, the new lower rates can be applied to an existing group. 2. Guest Facing Amenity Dollars are protected down to one cabin. 3. New Deposit Structure: • 8 - 16 staterooms : $0 deposit due until 4 months prior to sailing • 17 - 99 staterooms : $0 deposit due for 60 days, then a $25 per stateroom deposit required • 100 + staterooms : Negotiated time line / deposit FASTER 1. Commission is now processed upon stateroom final payment, which means you can get paid up to 60 days earlier. 2. Commission Paid through Global Commission Payment program. 3. There are now 3 - types, which makes booking a group simpler than ever before. • 1 - 16 staterooms • 17 - 99 staterooms • 100 + staterooms : Large Group contract • Final Payment for all 3 types is due 75 days prior to sailing. 2. We now have two recall dates, 120 days prior to sailing and 75 days prior to sailing 3. The recall process is automated to include notification one week prior to sailing. 4. Freestyle dining available to groups. Booking groups, whether for established groups (affinity) or for promotional purposes is your can’t miss proposition to remain competitive by securing the best pricing and protecting amenity dollars while you promote – even if you sell only one cabin.
