      • NISO Z39.91 Collection Description Schema (Nov 2005)
        • Based on DC CD AP
        • Assigned URIs (PURLs) for terms but (at that point)
          • No organisational commitment to ownership/maintenance
          • No de-referencing in place
      • Decision
        • Assign PURLs for new terms in DC CD AP
        • Set up de-referencing (currently to RDF/XML served from dublincore.org)
