Concluding thoughts Things have progressed significantly in the past two years Majority of cloud deployments to date are tactical Satisfaction is mixed Knowledge and Skills needs work – this is a collaborative task – Cabinet Office, Suppliers, Departments and Agencies HOWEVER … We all have work to do!
