Everyone has the same amount of time and seeing how you choose to use your time will give you the power to change your behaviors, and make better use of your time. Step 1 List the amount of time per week for each activity (Arrive at a daily average and multiply by 7; account for weekend differences) Activity Multiply Total by # of Hours days you do activity a. Class time (# of hours in class each week) b. Job/Work c. Studying d. Commuting/transportation time e. Athletics (varsity sports and practice) f.
