6.  Headhunting: We will find the best candidate available, tailored made for either a permanent or freelancer position
and will charge a one off fee for successful placements, offering a 3 month guarantee in case a replacement is
needed, based on a legitimate reason.
 Sub-contracting: We will administer the consultant we place for the duration of the project, taking care of all the
back-office including, payroll and immigration solutions when requested, with constant follow-ups, guarantying
smoothness to the projects.
