Strengthening of intra and inter-university co-operation, and with other interested actors, in order to develop an efficient system for higher education management
Improvement of managerial decision making capacity by training the personnel in management positions from higher education institutions
Development of human capital in universities, by creating a virtual knowledge and communication platform in order to support future training activities, customised for each decision making university level
