### Lesson Plan Critic

1. 1. RATING: SATISFACTORYCOMMENT: The introduction stated the grade level, topic, content area and the rationale statement but the teacher should emphasize if the lesson plan is semi-detailed or detailed.
2. 2. RATING: BELOW STANDARDCOMMENT: The teacher have vague instructional goal and behavioral objectives. The teacher’s affective domain is not specific.
3. 3. RATING: BELOW STANDARDCOMMENT: It did not connect to the students’ prior knowledge since their review is about area of a triangle and their new topic is the volume of rectangular prism.
4. 4. RATING: SATISFACTORYCOMMENT: The input provide basic information needed for the students to gain knowledge or skill.
5. 5. RATING: SATISFACTORYCOMMENT: The teacher uses the material presented (the prism) to show students example of what is expected as an end product of their work.
6. 6. RATING: SATISFACTORYCOMMENT: The checking for comprehension is stated with one example of a problem and how to solve the given problem.
7. 7. RATING: SATISFACTORYCOMMENT: There is only one group activity that gives opportunity to each learners to practice their learning with the guidance of the teacher.
8. 8. RATING: EXCELLENTCOMMENT: There is a clear, concrete and comprehensive conclusion to the lesson.
9. 9. RATING: SATISFACTORYCOMMENT: There is only one activity that linked to the lesson and practice by the learners without the guidance of the teacher. The teachers instruction is not clear.
10. 10. RATING: BELOW STANDARDCOMMENT: There is an assessment but it has a little relevance to the target objectives. So the teacher and the student cannot identify if they achieved the stated objectives.
