  • This scheme (see also following slides) in Bristol was completed for about £17,500 capital costs, very significantly less than typical home zones. This money was largely funded by the sale of a plot of land for a self-build housing scheme and a section 106 planning agreement. The whole process from the first residents’ survey to completion in June 2004 was only 18 months.
