    Progressive Laws of The Netherlands NETHERLANDS LOW LANDS Means Low Lands: 50% of our country lies below sea level. HOLLAND 2 most densely populated provinces at the west coast of our country DUTCH Mercenary soldiers from Germany in the 17th and 18th century Holland fought four sea-wars with England. 'the Dietz are coming PROGRESSIVE POLITICAL: left wing politics vs conservatism, communism & anarchism LITERALY “movement forwards” Heaven or Hell? Up to you to decide PROGRAM Laws in 3 completely different fields, that try to sanction ethical questions like Who can choose between life and death? Should a government protect its citizens against themselves and prohibit all drugs? How far do equal right go when it comes to marriage? In the Netherlands we have answered these questions in a different way than most other countries. Today I am going to talk about the liberal laws EUTHANASIA, DRUGS, SAME-SEX MARRIAGE of the Netherlands. In the end of this presentation I would like to discuss with you whether these laws should & could be implemented in Japan LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF >
