  • Hey, Ed! I noticed that under the Twitter platform you do not list uses among the groups (leadership and church).
At many campus ministries, this is EXACTLY how daily messages about ongoings, group meetings, worship schedules, get announced. There are hashtags for the ministries that are promoted and used regularly. I actually find it more affective in that setting than a fb group which require a little more 'digging' to view, and as a sender of the information it is a quicker platform to post information.
The 'hash tag' phenomena now crosses platforms. Groups are united under a hash tag and that presence is then spread across platforms not just by the initial creator (the church/leader/ministry) but also by the very people themselves - gathered, served and serving!
