      • Creative commons agreements allow the public to protect and share their creative work to other peers and enforce some creative protection on their idea/product in a community of other peers who may also use creative commons – it is a way of protecting your work in a community that respects creative commons e.g. other idea creators.
      • E.g. if you make a product, you can use creative commons to protect the commercial use of it and allow other users to receive

      • The creative commons does not have any law binding enforcements.
      • Users can breach creative commons as the company only requires respect for other peoples ideas etc.
      • The creative commons licenses only restrict certain acts on the user’s ideas/products and is not a reliable source of protection.
