Mule’s support is fundamentally different from other vendors. With most vendors you get a first level tech support person in some call center somewhere. They have a script but little knowledge. Then you get escalated to a second level support guy, also likely in a call center. Occasionally they can solve basic problems. Then after a long time you get escalated to a third level support person who might be at HQ and might have some access to the actual engineers who work on the product. This is why some vendors *cough* Oracle *cough* have as little as 56% customer sat rates with their support.2. We’re different. When you call MuleSoft you get an experienced Java engineer right away.
